Robert G. Canon is the grandson of Alton and Gertrude McWilliams, who purchased the Waller Funeral Home in 1945. Robert and his father Glen H. Canon became partners in 1975 and when the name changed to Canon Funeral Home. Glen has since retired and Robert is now the sole owner. He is also the owner and operator of Canon Monument Company and Canon Mathis Cemetery. He is a member of Harvest Bible Church in Cypress. Robert is a licensed funeral director and embalmer and has a lifetime of experience in all aspects of the funeral and monument businesses.
