Julie Ethyl Storro

January 20, 1967 - March 17, 2020

Julie Ethyl Storro left this Earth far too soon on Tuesday March 17th, 2020 from a massive stroke.

Julie was born on January 20th, 1967 in Spokane WA. The third of five, to Lucy (Avery) Storro and Erling Storro.

After her birth they lived briefly in Metaline Falls WA before moving to Coolin Idaho.  There, she spent most of her life and is where her heart remains!

Julie was a true Spartan which is where she spent most of her high school years.

For a short time in her early adulthood she lived in Nehalem OR where she had several happy years and where many friends & family remain.

Julie started driving truck when her little brothers Paul & Kevin taught her how to drive dump truck ~ which she did for 31 years!  This is what she loved and was truly amazing at. Everyone said ~ no one drove better! Julie used to say it’s where she got all her thinking done!

Julie LIVED for her family and could often be found at family gatherings, bbq’s, football games or soccer events!

Julie waitressed and bartended at local restaurants throughout her life. She was always there to greet you with a smile & a smart ass remark!

She loved cooking and was always there for friends and family! Julie had an infectious smile and that sparkle in her eye could light up any room!

Julie was the BEST hugger ever. When she hugged you, you didn’t want her to let you go!  Her hugs will be missed by everyone.

Julie was preceded in death by her parents Erling and Lucy Storro along with her brother Greg Storro.

Julie leaves behind her precious pup, Duke, her pride & joy, daughter Krista (Ronnie) Bowen of Priest River, Grandchildren Levi Earl & Lucy Marie Pearl Bowen of Priest River. Sister Pam (Steve) Huber of Nehalem OR, Paul (Tina) Storro of Coolin ID, and Kevin (DeAnn) Storro of Coolin ID.  Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and too many friends that were family to list.

Services will be announced at a later date.

Donations are welcome on Julie’s GoFundMe page or to Krista Bowen directly.  Excess funds will go to the animal shelter.

Julie lived her life like a bird in flight ~
