Wilma Annell Mott, 80, of Colmesneil, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2020 at Kingwood Medical Center in Kingwood, Texas.
Visitation will be held Friday, September 25, 2020 beginning at 12 noon until service time at 2 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Woodville with burial in Steele Grove Cemetery in Colmesneil. Officiating will be Brother Edwin Findley. Serving as pallbearers will be Thomas “Tommy” Rankin, Charles “Cooter” Gibson, Zachary Kaspar, John James, Roy James, and Robert James.
Annell was born August 27, 1940 to Bronson & Lily May Nugent Flowers in Colmesneil, Texas. She was a lifelong resident of Tyler County and was retired owner/operator of Cornwell’s AC & Heating. Annell was a loving faithful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed arranging flowers and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bronson & Lily May Flowers; husband, Clyde Mott; daughter, Sherry Gibson; brother, Nelson “Pete” Flowers; sister, Audrey Mae Babin; and great granddaughter, Rayleigh Kaspar.
She is survived by her son, Ronald D. “Ronnie” Powell of Town Bluff; daughter, Lori Rankin & husband, Thomas “Tommy” of Belton; sisters, Oddie Lee Cox of OK, Erma Jean Dorrell of Colmesneil; sister-in-law, Mildred Flowers of Colmesneil; grandchildren, Tiffany Kaspar & husband, Zachary, Tessa Gibson, Ashley Rankin & husband, Ryan Taylor, and Elizabeth Rankin; great grandchildren, Paige Kaspar and William Kaspar.
Services are under the direction of Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home in Woodville, Texas.
