Vonda N. Adams 91 of Dauphin, died and passed into the presence of Jesus on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at UPMC Pinnacle Community General Osteopathic Hospital.
Vonda was born in Shickshinny, PA, and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Myrl Belles. She attended Shickshinny High School. She was married to her late husband, Robert W. Adams, for 69 years.
Vonda was also predeceased by her daughter, Bonnie M. Lonski, her son, Joseph Adams, her sisters, Velma Belles and Verda Belles, and her brother, Harry Belles.
Vonda is survived by her daughters, Barbara (Mark) Morrison and Bette (Tom) Baer; her sons, Robert D. (Jody) Adams and Jim M. (Maryanne) Adams; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great‑grandchildren; her sister, Veda Belles.
Vonda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt. She loved her family and assisted her husband in building homes for many years. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed growing her own produce and flowers. Vonda was a member of the Matamoras Bible Church, in Halifax, and knew the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal savior.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 11 A.M. at the Freedom Bible Community Church, 409 Allegheny St., Dauphin. Pastor Mark Morrison will be officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Memorial Gardens, Halifax.
A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, from 10 to 11 A.M. at the church, prior to the service.
