The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.
|Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff||$950.00|
|Our services include but are not limited to, personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to your initial request for service; an arrangement conference with the family or responsible party; shelter of remains, preparation and filing of necessary certificates and permits; placement of obituary notice; planning of funeral arrangements; and coordination of service plans with cemetery, crematory, vault companies, and other parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased. Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, and equipment and inventory expenses.|
This fee four our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select.
|Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.|

|If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiber board or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The container we provide is the minimum required. Included in this price is the Basic service of the funeral director and staff, transportation from place of death, transportation to and from crematorium, cremation, the minimum container for ashes, all necessary authorizations and filings including Death Certificate. |
This price does NOT include - body preparation for viewing ,ceremony, visitation, merchandise including an urn, taxes, burial costs, or copies of death certificates.

This price does not include body preparation for viewing, transportation outside of a 25 mile radius of the funeral home, visitation, burial costs including graveside set up, copies of death certificates, merchandise including tax, casket, book, folders, etc.
