The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.

Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent's survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.


Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff $1,790.00
This is our basic fee for staff that is charged for our readiness to respond to initial requests for service, arrangement conference with family or responsible party; coordination with clergy, cemetery, crematory, or other parties involved with the final disposition of the deceased; clerical services for preparation and local procurement of death certificate and disposition permit; preparation of obituaries; telephone reception; use of administration and conference rooms and parking and public facilities; sheltering of remains; and a proportionate share of our operating expenses.

Embalming $445.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Direct Cremation

Our charge for a direct cremation includes removal (within 30 miles); temporary shelter under refrigeration for up to four days; services of staff for local procurement of death certificate and permits; a proportionate share of operating expenses; unwitnessed delivery to crematory in a timely manner; and cremation. The return of the cremated remains will be made at the convenience of the mortuary within seven days following the actual cremation. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition material (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are cardboard, fiberboard, cloth covered, or wood veneer.

Immediate Burial
Immediate Burial $1,925.00
This includes removal from place of death (within 30 miles); refrigeration for up to four days; local procurement of death certificate and permit; placement in container of choice; unwitnessed delivery to cemetery in utility vehicle; and proportionate share of operating expenses. It does not include embalming, cosmetizing, viewing, chapel, or graveside or memorial service. This does not include the cost of the casket.

Immediate burial with funeral home’s minimum casket - $ 2,853.88

Forwarding of Remains to another Funeral Home $1,637.00
This includes local removal of remains, necessary services of staff for procurement of death certificate and permits, coordination of details with family, receiving mortuary, and airlines; embalming, wrapping in sheeting or hospital gown. It does not include merchandise, dressing, cometizing, viewing, ceremony, airport transfer, shipping charges, or container or casket of choice.

Receiving of Remains from another Funeral Home $1,790.00
This includes basic services of funeral director and staff; temporary shelter of remains; staff services for coordinating details with family, clergy, and cemetery; preparation of obituary notices; procurement of required permits; and proportionate share of operating expenses. This charge does not include transportation, visitation, chapel, church, or graveside ceremony, hearse, utility vehicle, or any items of merchandise.
