Crafton Funeral Home

Welcome to Crafton Funeral Home

Crafton Funeral Home opened for business in October, 1979.  The building was built in 1936 and even though renovated, it still holds the ambiance of that era.  Thomas (1946-2017) and Ann Mary Crafton founded Crafton Funeral home over 40 years ago to serve Franklin and the surrounding counties during times of loss and sorrow with personal and dedicated service.

Crafton Funeral Home offers the Life’s Tribute DVD.  This video is a collection of photographs chosen by the family that best depicts the life of their loved one – all put to background music and played throughout visitation.

Another new service comes through Legacy Touch Keepsakes.  This service provides an array of mementos that have your loved one’s fingerprint engraved on them.  Jewelry, bookmarks and paperweights are just a few of the options available to keep a part of your loved one close to you.  We also provide full service monument sales and installation.  Our emphasis on our preneed program identifies the value of planning ahead and prefunding.  There are different programs and funding options to choose from.  All of these services are provided along with traditional services and cremation options.

Mr. Crafton passed away in April, 2017 and left a legacy of care and concern with his wife Ann who is the owner and operator of the business.  Tom & Ann’s son Patrick Crafton (licensed funeral director and embalmer), grandson Andrew Vincent (apprentice) and brother in law Gary Crafton (licensed funeral director) all make up the professional staff of Crafton Funeral Home.
