Mrs. Rena (Labonte) Jannetty, 71, of Waterbury, passed away suddenly at St. Mary’s Hospital on January 18, 2017, with her family by her side. She was the wife of Richard Jannetty.
Rena was born in Wallagrass, ME, on November 27, 1945, daughter of the late Leo and Jean (Desjardins) Labonte. She loved to travel and spend as much time as possible with family and friends, and never missed singing Happy Birthday to all her loved ones.
She was the most loving wife, mother, memere, sister and friend, and she will be extremely missed.
Besides her husband, Richard, of 51 years, she leaves her daughter, Lisa Coppola and her husband, Scott, and her son, Mark Jannetty and his wife, Angela, both of Cheshire, her granddaughters, Stephanie, Lauren and Lindsay Coppola, her grandsons, Jacob and Jared Jannetty, her sisters, Linda LoRusso and her husband, Bart of Waterbury, and Joann Basile of Plymouth, her brothers, Joel Labonte and his wife, Paula of Watertown and Ricky Labonte and his wife, Lisa, of Thomaston, her brother-in-law, Mario Jannetty and his wife, Carmella, of Waterbury, her sister-in-law, Rosemary Moran and her husband, Dennis, of Waterbury, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Robert (Bobby) and Maurice (Moe) Labonte.
Arrangements: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 A.M., January 21, 2017 at The Blessed Sacrament Church, 182 Robbins Street, Waterbury. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Everyone is asked to meet DIRECTLY at the Church. Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury has been entrusted with the services.
