Kathryn A. (Moyer) Kulp - 95, of Souderton, PA; formerly of Harleysville, PA entered into her glorious new home on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at Souderton Mennonite Homes (SMH).

She was the loving wife of the late Francis B. Kulp for 55 years. Kathryn was born in Harleysville, PA to the late Harvey D. & Verda S. (Alderfer) Moyer.

She was employed as an Administrative Assistant for Hatfield Mennonite Homes for 18 years. Kathryn volunteered in missions at Red Lake, Ontario, Canada, with Mennonite Central Committee in Akron, PA, at the Care & Share Thrift Shoppes in Souderton, PA and with Meals on Wheels in Souderton, PA. She was a lifetime member of Salford Mennonite Church where she was part of the Ladies Sewing Circle.

Kathryn enjoyed crocheting, playing games, reading, cooking, entertaining and cutting countless quilt squares. She also enjoyed vegetable gardening and traveling with her late husband. Kathryn loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a caring and compassionate person who was always willing to help others. Kathryn loved visiting others and enjoyed all of her friendships at SMH.

She is survived by two sons, Francis "Larry" Kulp & wife, Mary Ann of Martinsburg, PA, John David Kulp & wife, Ruth Ann of Harleysville, PA; two daughters, Mary Jane Godshall & husband, Ray M. of Telford, PA, Martha Jean Weaver & husband, John of Denver, PA; eleven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; a sister, Sara Detweiler of Souderton, PA and a brother-in-law, Roscoe Leatherman of Souderton, PA.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Cleta Leatherman.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 11:00 am at Souderton Mennonite Homes, 207 W. Summit Street, Souderton, Pennsylvania 18964 where friends may view and meet with the family from 10:00 am – 11:00 am.

Burial will take place at Salford Mennonite Cemetery.
