Randall "Randy" R. Bell

Randall “Randy” R. Bell, age 62 of Howard City, formerly of Midland, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Ann Arbor following a short illness.  Randy was born on October 11, 1951 in Saginaw to Norman and Beatrice (Bell) Bell and later graduated from Saginaw Valley University.  Randy had worked at the Muehlenbeck Distributing Company in Saginaw until his retirement in 2010.  Randy moved to the Howard City area in 2012 and enjoyed gardening, spending time in the Michigan outdoors, was a Detroit Tigers fan, and enjoyed camping and spending time by the campfire.  Randy was a veteran of the Vietnam War where he served in the United States Army and was a member of the Hemlock VFW.


 


Randy is survived by his children and grandchildren, Josh (Brandy) Bell and their children, Angelique and Hope of White Cloud; Angela (Paul) Bailey of Howard City; Nicole (Jon Paul) Decarney of Poway, California; his brothers, Roger (Mary) Bell of Saginaw; Brad (Alice) Bell of Saginaw; sister-in-law, Barb Bell of Saginaw; several nieces and nephews.  Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Beatrice; his brothers, Kim Bell and Tom Bell.


 


VISITATION : Wednesday, April 9, 2014 from 10-12pm at Crandell Funeral Home – White Cloud Chapel.  FUNERAL SERVICES : Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 12pm at the Crandell Funeral Home – White Cloud Chapel.    INTERMENT :  Oak Grove Cemetery.   MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS : American Red Cross or VA Medical Center in Ann Arbor.
