Pompton Plains: Constance M. Thompson passed away with her family at her side, on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. She was 82 years of age.
Connie was born in Mt. Carmel, PA and was raised in Frackville, PA before moving to Dover in 1954, Wharton in 1966 and recently to Pompton Plains in 2009.
Mrs. Thompson was a telephone operator for Bell Telephone in PA and Paterson, NJ before working at Reliance Picture Frame of Dover, retiring in 1992.
Connie was a member of St. Mary’s Church, Wharton.
She is pre-deceased by her husband Harry W. Thompson in 2002.
Survived by her three Children: Paul of Scotia, NY.
Joanne Hurley of Hawthorne.
Christine Van Vleet of Battle Creek, MI.
Seven Grandchildren and two Great Grandsons.

Flora Gursky of Levittown, PA.
Visitation will be held 9:30am to 10:30am on Tuesday, October 29 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11am at St. Mary’s Church, Wharton. Entombment will be at Locust Hill Mausoleum, Dover.
