Lorin James Annala, 70, of Jackson, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2012 in Jackson. Lorin a proud native son of San Francisco was born on January 29, 1942, a son of the late Laina Louise (Hakola) and Einard Mathew Annala.
Lorin was very artistic and creative; he enjoyed giving his crafts to family and friends. He was the kind of guy who could do or fix anything, and did not see the point in paying someone to do something he could do himself. Lorin was able to tour Italy on a motorcycle and loved every minute of it. He was a proud man and a perfectionist. He will be greatly missed by his family, his Shadow Buster, and all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie of Jackson; daughter, Lori Annala of Ventura; brother-in-law's Edward Long and his wife, Rose of Lathrop, Ernest Long and his wife, Francine of North Carolina and their children, Amelie and Mia. He was preceded in death by his brother, Duane Annala.
