These prices are effective as of January 1, 2013 and are subject to change without notice. The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.
Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff	$2,280.00
This catagory would be selected if a traditional funeral or memorial service is preferred. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. It includes a proportionate share of the taxes, licenses, utilities and business expenses required to serve the public. Our charges include, but is not limited to, consultation with the family, clergy, cemetery or common carrier, administrative and clerical services, preparation of the death certificate, necessary permits and filing of death certificate with appropriate agencies. Placement of obituary notices, preparing funeral programs, guest registry material including armbands, pens, Koden book and supervision of the services as determined by the family. There will be a charge for each service requested or required. This fee does NOT include removal from facility, embalming, dressing, restoration or use of vehicles. A GENERAL PRICE LIST IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
Embalming	$325.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may also be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. California State Law does require that human remains be either refrigerated or embalmed at least 24 hours after being brought to our facility. Please be aware that the daily fee for refrigeration, which will accrue until such time that we are able to have a permit issued by the County Department of Health allowing us to proceed with either cremation or a burial - typically a three to five business day period of time- often may exceed the one time cost of embalming.

Direct Cremation

Our fee for immediate cremation (without ceremony) includes: a proportionate share of the taxes, licenses, utilities and business expenses required to serve the public. Our charges include, but is not limited to, consultation with the family, cemetery or common carrier, administrative and clerical services, preparation of the death certificate, necessary permits and filing of death certificate with appropriate agencies. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative conatiner. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are fiberboard. Removal from hospital or facility and transportation of remains to crematory included (within 150 mile radius of our facility- additional fees may apply for transportation beyond the 150 mile radius)
Immediate Burial

Our fee for immediate burial (without ceremony) includes: a proportionate share of the taxes, licenses, utilities and business expenses required to serve the public. Our charges include, but is not limited to, consultation with the family, cemetery or common carrier, administrative and clerical services, preparation of the death certificate, necessary permits and filing of death certificate with appropriate agencies. Removal from hospital or facility, transportation of remains to cemetery (within 150 mile radius of our facility- additional fees may apply for transportation beyond the 150 mile radius) dressing, restoration and embalming (if requested) included.
Forwarding of Remains to another Funeral Home	$1,880.00
Our fee for forwarding remains (without ceremony) includes: a proportionate share of the taxes, licenses, utilities and business expenses required to serve the public. Our charges include, but is not limited to, consultation with the family, cemetery or common carrier, administrative and clerical services, preparation of the death certificate, necessary permits and filing of death certificate with appropriate agencies. Removal from hospital or facility, embalming, dressing and transportation of remains up to 150 miles included. (additional fees may apply for transportation beyond a 150 mile radius from our facility)
Receiving of Remains from another Funeral Home	$1,680.00
Our fee for receiving remains includes only the following: a proportionate share of the taxes, licenses, utilities and business expenses required to serve the public. Our charges include, but is not limited to, consultation with the family, cemetery or common carrier, administrative and clerical services, preparation of the death certificate, necessary permits and filing of death certificate with appropriate agencies. This fee does NOT include removal from facility, embalming, dressing, restoration or use of vehicles.
