These prices are effective as of October 10, 2008 and are subject to change without notice. The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.
Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff	$1,325.00
Our basic service charge includes, but is not limited to, staff response to initial requests for service; shelter of remains for three days; arrangement conference with family or responsible party; preparation and filing of necessary certificates and permits; placement of obituary notices; planning of funeral arrangements; and coordination of service with cemetery, crematory, vault companies and others as required. Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, and equipment and inventory expenses. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)
Embalming	$895.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. It is the policy of this funeral home to require embalming for any service in which a public viewing is involved.

Direct Cremation

Our charge for a direct cremation (without ceremony) includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; removal of remains; transportation to crematory and pickup of cremated remains; necessary authorizations; and crematory fee. Our charge does not include visitation, rites, or other ceremonies. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). Immediate Burial

Our charge includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; and temporary shelter of remains and transportation to cemetery or crematory, within a 25 mile radius. This charge does not include transportation from Little Rock Airport, visitation, rites, merchandise or other ceremonies.
