The following is a list of choices which represent the cost of our services. They may or may not include the casket or container required for visitation or viewing, burial, entombment or cremation. You are in no way limited to these service options. You may itemize services in order to select only those which are right for you.

Pre-Plan Online or Make Arrangements
Basic services of the funeral director and staff; transfer of individual to funeral home; embalming; cosmetology, dressing, casketing and hairdressing; facilities, equipment and staff services for viewing/visitation and for the funeral ceremony; the actual cremation; graveside services at a later date, and all necessary automotive equipment. (Includes all itemized service offerings shaded on page 2 of the GPL excluding limousines.) Add $75.00 Medical examiner's Cremation Permit which is required by Iowa law.

Cremation with services includes basic services of the funeral director and staff; transfer of individual to funeral home; primary care of individual; the actual cremation; equipment and staff for viewing/visitation; a memorial service; a graveside service; necessary office procedures and procurement of required authorizations; assistance and placement of obituaries, filing death certificate, social security, veteran and insurance forms; and a temporary container for return of ashes. (Add $75.00 Medical Examiners Cremation Permit which is required by Iowa Law.
Direct Cremation	$0.00

Direct cremation includes services of funeral director and staff; the actual cremation; necessary office procedures and procurement of required authorizations; filing death certificate, social security and a temporary container for the ashes. Direct cremation does not include any fees for consultation for memorial services and other related items and/or services. Those costs are listed in the itemized section of the general price list. (Add $75 for a Medical examiner's cremation permit which is required by law.
