LILLIAN CULVER Sparta, Ga. August 21, 2012 8:40 AM		I will always have fond memories of Mrs. Howell. She was a best friend of my Mother-ln-Law (Annie Mae Culver). I remember when they would always come to church on Sunday together and you know everything was would be okay. My prayers go out to the family. I know she will surely be missed.
