frank douglas & family oakman al April 17, 2012 11:31 PM		To the Windham family, we have lost a great man not only in our community but in this county of Walker, this man n known as Ottis was a true legend fair to all honest in everything that he was involved with I thank God that I personally knew and was a dear friend to such a man, keep the faith and we shall be reunited with him again in heaven love you all the Douglas family, Frank, Von,Homer, Monisha and kids.
