Born March 13, 1962, in Monroe, he was the son of Jimmie and Mayme Kathleen (Jackson) Carmon.
Robert was a graduate of Monroe High School and also attended Monroe County Community College. He worked swing shift as the Manager of McDonald’s and also as Assistant Manager of Bugle Boy at the Manufacturer’s Market Place.
Robert will be missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his father and step-mother Jimmie (Delores) Carmon of LaSalle; a brother Jimmie (Maryann) Carmon of New Mexico; 3 uncles Gary (Kim) Carmon of Monroe, Gilles (Cathy) Jackson of Monroe and Cliff Jackson of Georgia; and also by many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother Maymee Kathleen Carmon in 2005 and a step-brother Brian Carmon in 1980.
Friends may visit Friday from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Prochnow Funeral Home, 14567 S. Dixie Hwy., Monroe (734) 241- 7070 where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park.
