A native of Suffolk, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Jones Dundalow and Enice Honeycutt and was also predeceased by her husband, Arthur Victor Pagels. Marilee was a homemaker and a nurse. She is survived by her daughters, Susanne K. Reid and M. Joanne Peele both of Suffolk and Sue Ella Drake of Courtland; her sons, Stephen P. Doughtie and Barry S. Doughtie, both of Suffolk, and R. Samuel Doughtie of Franklin; and ten grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 6 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr. Suffolk, with Rev.
