On July 7, 1996 she married Jose M. Castaneda and to this union three children were born. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. Norma loved going to church, reading, listening to Christian music and serving the Lord. She was a member of Apostolic Assembly Church in Green Forest.
She is survived by her husband Jose Castaneda, of the home, daughters Jennifer and Jessica Castaneda, of the home, son Adrian Castaneda, of the home, her parents Francisco Perez and Genoveba Mijares as well as five sisters and three brothers who all reside in Mexico.
Celebration Of Life Services will be 12:00 noon on Friday, November 6, 2009 at Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest with Pastor Octavio Galindo officiating. Visitation will be 5-8:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 4, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Fair Grove Cemetery.
