He was 77. He was born in Santa Ana, Calif., to Katie and William Hubert Jordan. He enjoyed bicycling, camping and reading. Survivors include his mother, Katie, of Spokane, Wash.; children, Robert Jr. of Idaho, Matthew of Philomath, Fred of Portland and Katherine Strait of Albany; brothers, Bill of Sandpoint, Idaho, and Jack of Spokane; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
