Pluta.  Mother of Scott M. Pluta (Jacqueline) of Mullica Hill and Stephanie M. Schoening (Ted) of Glassboro.  Grandmother of Sydney, Serena, and Caden.  Step-Grandmother of Brianna, Kaitlyn, and McKenzie.  Sister of Kevin, Joey, Eileen, Doreen, and Christine.  Step-sister of Yvonne and the late Keith Steinman.  Daughter of the late Joseph and Mabel Begley, Jr. Born in Atlantic City, she was raised in Ventnor where she lived until moving to Franklinville in 1973.  She was a 1973 graduate of Glassboro State College where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She was a teacher at the Clayton Middle School for 28 years until her retirement in 2007.  She was a member and treasurer of the Clayton Education Association and the high school cheerleading coach for several years.  Cathleen was a member of the RC Church of the Nativity in Franklinville.  She was an avid reader which she enjoyed doing at the pool or especially at the beach.
