CATHERINE S. CAMPBELL

SPOTTSWOOD, VA…

Catherine Cline (Stockdale) Campbell, 78, widow of Ray Campbell, of 582 Old Providence Road, died Monday, November 2, 2009, in her residence.

She was born November 19, 1930 in Middlebrook, a daughter of the late Charles Clifford and Lelia H. (Kiracofe) Stockdale.

Prior to retirement, Mrs. Campbell was employed by Western State Hospital with 30 plus years of service.

She was a member of Old Providence ARP Church, where she was a life member of the Women’s Ministry and choir.

Family members include a daughter and son-in-law, Lelia Janette and Daniel E. Coleman and a granddaughter, Rachel Catherine Coleman.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 5, 2009, in the Old Providence ARP Church by the Rev. H. Max Bolin. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Carlton Truxell, Stuart Lotts, Finley Lotts, Bobby Gordon, Don Richie, and Victor Truxell.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Old Providence Choir and the Tucson Camping Friends.

There will be no public viewing or visitation.

Memorials may be made to Old Providence ARP Church, Memorial Fund, c/o Jackie Coffey, 6014 Lee Jackson Highway, Raphine, VA 24472 or to Augusta Health Hospice of the Shenandoah, P. O. Box 215, Fishersville, VA 22939.
