Mr. Gallihugh was born on February 15, 1919 in Limo, Ohio. He had been employed as a Machine Operator for the Post Division General Foods for over twenty seven years, retiring in 1975 due to ill health.
Mr. Gallihugh was a member of the Post 25 year club and was a collector of antique John Deere tractors. He is remembered as a man who enjoyed taking great pride in his home and yard. He enjoyed feeding the deer that visited his home and feeding the fish in his fish pond. Tom was always in the company of his special companion, G.G., his pet Chihuahua dog.
He is survived by his loving wife, Geraldine Headley Morgan; three daughters; and a special grandson, John Robert Headley Jr.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 at the Craig K. Kempf Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Marshall. A service to celebrate the gift of his life will be held 1:30 PM Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at the funeral home with Elder Thomas Headley officiating. Interment will follow in Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you made memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or to the Allegiance Hospice of Jackson. Assistance with memorial is available at the funeral home.
