Mr. Hayford, of Shreveport, LA., was born March 13, 1951 and passed away October 23, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents, Winifred and Lloyd Hayford and his brothers, Jack and Frank Hayford.
Left to cherish his memory is his significant other of 19 years, Mary Salvail, his sister, Debbie Barcelona, her husband, Mark and their sons Nick and his wife, Lee, Matt, Ben and Ryan, his nephew, Stephen and his wife, Pam, and his niece, Christy. He is also survived by Mary’s extensive family as well as his beloved dogs, Eddie, Paige, Webster, Maddux and Gracie, who were his loyal companions.
We will always remember Bill for his kind heart, his love of sports, especially golf, L.S.U, and his beloved Yankees, and how he courageously battled the many health issues life handed him. He will forever live in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. We love you, Billy.
