Mr. Carr was born on July 20, 1961 in Panama City, Panama to the late Mr. Vincente Carr and Mrs. Doris Vera Mera Ugina Carr. Mr. Carr was Married to Mrs. Vinnette Angela Malcolm Carr. Mr. Carr was employed in the Public university system in maintenance. Mr. Carr was cremated and a Memorial Service will be held on Sunday November 1, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. from the Hiram Seventh Day Adventist Church. Mr. Carr was Survived by: Wife: Mrs. Vinnette Malcolm Carr of Dallas, Ga.
