He was born on February 9, 1953 in Lebanon, MO, the son of Virgil and Anna Audine Batdorf Huntington. On June 1, 1991 Mark was united in marriage to Brenda Jones in Keokuk, IA . She survives.
Other survivors include three daughters, Krista Huntington of Keokuk, IA, Nichol Huntington of Kansas City, KS and Jamie Huntington of Kansas City, KS, three sons, Michael Huntington of Keokuk, IA, Mark Tomlinson of Kansas City, KS and Shawn Crowell of Enid, OK, one sister, Norma Aguilar of Enid OK, one niece, Melissa Aguilar of Keokuk, IA, and one grandson, Mark Anthony Huntington of Kansas City, KS.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Norman Huntington.
Mark had been employed by K-Mart in the automotive department in Keokuk, IA for several years and then moved to Enid, OK where he worked at Clays Collision doing paint and auto body repair work. In 2004 he returned to Keokuk due to health problems and received a liver transplant.
He was a member of the Church of God Prophecy in Enid OK.
Mark enjoyed working on cars, listening to music and watching movies with his family.
Graveside services were held at 9 a.m. Thursday, October 22 at the Oakwood Cemetery in Hamilton IL with Brother Gene Love officiating.
