He was born in Rockcastle County, Kentucky on April 5, 1932, son of the late Freddie Maye and Fannie Maye McClure Bullock. He was retired from the City of Lockland, Ohio.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Wilma Thompson Bullock of Eubank, one daughter, Patricia Ann Ferris of Eubank, three sisters, Janie Brown of Brodhead, Irene & (Arvil) McKinney of Rockcastle County and Faye & (Paul) Burge of Science Hill, two brothers, Ray & (Sheryl) Bullock and Dalmus & (Barbara) Bullock, both of Rockcastle County and three grandchildren, Jonathan Lester Moore, Heather Nichole Ferris and Zachary Allen Ferris.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Robert, William and Ronnie Bullock.
A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. William Brown officiating.
Burial will be in Sloans Valley Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
