STOUGHTON – Donald James Ree, 83, passed away peacefully at the HospiceCare Center on Wed., Oct. 14, 2009, with his family by his side. Don worked at GM for 30 years before he retired. Don enjoyed every day, working hard to make his family smile with his silly jokes and mending ways! Don is survived by his children, Lucy (Mike) Zweep, Dwayne (Patti) Ree, Mike (Deb) Ree, and Mary Ree-Giese, who lovingly cared for her father during his illness. “Little Grandpa” will be missed by his 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren very much. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Donald. Funeral services will be held at CENTRAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 100 W. Rollin St., Edgerton today, Friday, Oct. 16, 2009 at 4 p.m. with Rev. Jim Johnson officiating. Burial to follow in the Lutheran South Cemetery, Stoughton. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday, from 3 p.m. until the time of service.
