Dear father of Daniel (fiancé: Elizabeth Barolo) Valik Jr. and Eric Valik. Dear son of Clara Valik and the late George Valik. Grandfather of Jackson Valik. Brother of Connie Karschnia and Thomas (Veronica) Valik. Mr. Valik was a graduate of Hamtramck High School 1966. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of the VFW and the DAV.
