Mr. Dugger was a 1985 graduate of Springhill High School and was a carpenter. Mr. Dugger was preceded by his grandparents, Harry and Helen Kelly; James Dugger; and Lib Dugger. He is survived by his father, Eddie Wayne Dugger Sr; mother, Harriette Wilson; sisters, Shelley (Shawn) Murphy of Murfreesboro; Briana Park of Ohio; uncle, Tommy (Pam) Dugger; several nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be Sunday, October 11, 2009 at 2:00pm at Porters Chapel Methodist Church. Print Obituary
