She was born in Vaught Ridge, Kentucky on October 1, 1942, daughter of the late Roscoe and Della Godbey Dye. She retired from Tecumseh Products. She was a member of Eubank Baptist Church and Science Hill Garden Club.
She is survived by her husband, Wymer L. Wilson of Eubank, one son, Jeff & (Mitzi) Wilson of Science Hill, one daughter, Teresa & (Bobby) Bruner of London, KY, two brothers, Charlie Dye and Wayne & (Bridgett) Dye, four sisters, Barbara & (Brenice) Mofield, Fern & (Ivan) Harness, Marie & (Jonah) Warren and Beulah & (Alvie) Phelps, all of Science Hill, three grandchildren, Scotty Wilson, Hannah Bruner and Nate Bruner and two step grandchildren, Grace Anne Carter and Cameron Carter.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons, James Wilson and Greg Wilson.
A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, October 11, 2009 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Shelby Reynolds officiating.
Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
