Peggy Jo (Arbuckle) Gath, 48, of rural Weir, KS, passed away at 4:08 a.m. Monday, October 5, 2009 at Mt. Carmel Regional Medical Center. She was born July 26, 1961 at Torrance, California to Dan and Wanda (Skinner) Arbuckle. She graduated from Moran High School in Moran, KS. On June 20, 1999, she was united in marriage to Daniel Gath in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. He survives at the family home. Membership was held in the First Church of the Nazarene of Pittsburg, A.B.A.T.E. and Girl Scouts. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Kimberly Grant of West Mineral, KS, Mindi Aryes of Greenfield, MO, and Jodie Carroll of Pittsburg; her father and step mother, Daniel Arbuckle and Margie Klimek of Moran, KS; three brothers, Bob Arbuckle of Colony, KS and Danny Arbuckle and Kenny Arbuckle, both of Carlyle, KS; her mother-in-law and step-father-in-law. Beverly and Jack Holman of Pittsburg; and six grandchildren, Zachary Musgrove, Erika Grant, Emily Grant, Jordan Carroll, Clayton Foster, and Trevor Aryes. No services are planned at this time. Mrs. Gath has donated her body to the University of Kansas Medical Center. Private family burial will be at a later date in the Moran Cemetery in Moran, KS.
