Baker, 78, of Springfield died Friday, September 25, 2009 at Memorial Medical Center. He was born February 28, 1931 in Springfield, the son of Carlin P. and Pansy Fulton Baker. On February 28, 1964 he married Muriel McLaughlin. Mr. Baker is survived by his wife, Muriel Baker; a daughter, Lisa (Steve) Lohr; two sons, Bret (Bridget) Baker and Brian Baker; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a nephew, Bruce Baker. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert Baker. A graveside service will be held Monday, September 28, 2009 at 11 AM at Oakridge Cemetery.
