Sharon was born October 23rd, 1945 in Midland, Texas to John Williams and Thelma Hagar Williams. She grew up in Odessa and attended Odessa High School. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Odessa before moving to Abilene in 2005.
She will be greatly missed by her husband James Wheeler of Abilene, two sons; Russell Boynton of Belvidere, IL, and Steven Boynton of Suffolk, VA, two daughters; Angela Boynton and Annette Ruiz both of Broken Arrow, OK; 14 grandchildren and a host of extended family and close friends. Preceding Sharon in death were her parents, three brothers; Jerry, Rayford, and Freddie Williams; one sister-in-law, Fredda Williams and a daughter Twila.
