Born in Locustville, Virginia on April 11, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Cecil Carlisle Smith, Sr. and the late Ellen Marie Beasley Smith. Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and member of the Baptist Bible Church in Accomac. Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, September 19, at 2:00 PM at the Baptist Bible Church in Accomac with the Rev. James Chalfant officiating. Interment will follow in the Franktown Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are by the Thornton Funeral Home in Parksley.
