GLADYS MAE MILLETT Lowell-Gladys Mae Millett, 58, wife of Gerald Millett, passed away unexpectedly June 9, 2014, in Lincoln. She was born August 23, 1955, in Pittsfield, the daughter of Hiram and Bertha Audrey (Davis) Smith. She graduated from Nokomis High School in Newport. She worked at New England Home Health Care and devoted her life to her family and friends. She loved reading and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a warm-hearted, loving, wonderful woman who did whatever she could to help people. She will be dearly missed. She was predeceased by her parents, a sister, Maxine Stinson and a great-nephew, Dylan Smith. She is survived by her husband, Gerald E. Millett; two daughters, Rebecca Tardif and Heather Millett-Peare and her husband, Jonathen; a step-son, Shaugn Millett and his wife, Ruth; four grandchildren, Lian, Cade and Ayden Tardif and Kailyn Coy; a niece, Elizabeth Smith and her husband, Timothy; nephew, David Stinson and his wife, Dawn; six great nieces and great nephews, Blake Gossiaux, Evelyn Smith and Dakota, Isaiah, Brady and Orianna Stinson. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Sunday, June 15, at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Rd., Lincoln, where memorial services will be held 3 p.m. Monday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses. A celebration of life will be held after the service at the Burlington VFW Hall.
