MARK A. BRAMMER

Mark A. Brammer, age 54, of Wayland, MO, died unexpectedly on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at his home.

Mark was born February 22, 1960 in Keokuk, IA, a son of Roger and Carolyn Brooks Brammer.

He married Debbie Maxwell and they were the parents of a daughter, Lakin. He later married Debbie Morrison Scobee and they later separated.

Additional survivors include a daughter, Lakin Neumann and her husband, William, of Hamilton, IL; two step-sons, Jared Scobee of Kahoka, MO and Jeremy (Waisha)Scobee of Lawrence, KS; a grandson, Kyler Neumann; two step grandchildren, Tyler and Madison Scobee; two brothers, John Brammer (Amy Spears) and Doug Brammer, all of Wayland, MO; niece and nephews: Amy Brammer, Tyler Brammer, Dylan Brammer, Garrett Brammer, Dalton Ludwick and Alex Brammer; uncles and aunt: Rick Roberts of Wayland, MO and Edwin and Betty Brooks of Canton, MO; as well as cousins and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mark graduated from Clark Co. R-1 High School and shortly after that went to work for the former B.T.R. in Keokuk. He retired from there following a work-related accident.

He was a member of Steelworkers Union Local 444 at Keokuk, a member of the Wayland United Methodist Church, and a social member of Ayer-Boatman Post # 4342, V.F.W. He enjoyed collecting baseball cards and spending time with his many friends and family.

A memorial graveside service was held Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 10 a.m. at the Frazee Cemetery. There was no visitation.

Memorial donations were suggested to the family.

The family was served by Wilson Funeral Home.
