Ralph Cleveland, Sr, 90 of Norway died Friday at his home.
He was born in Norway, April 29, 1924 the son of James and Ethel Stanley Cleveland. He attended school in Norway. Ralph faithfully served his country in the Army during WWII. He had worked in the foundry and as a machinist and carpenter. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, building things, scratch tickets, raising chickens and roosters, helping everyone out, and he loved to feed people. He is survived by his wife Winnifred, his children Ralph Jr and Peggy, Jerry and Becky, Jeff and Linda, Doug and Donna, Jolene and Jim Rose and Rodney Cleveland. Stepchildren Charlene and Steve Day, Marlene and Gordon Leeman, Michael and Linda Korhonen, Timothy and Jo-Ann Korhonen, Darryl Korhonen, Ida and Stan Davis, Kathy and Joel Pulkkinen, 26 Grandchildren, 40 Great Grandchildren and 7 Great Great Grandchildren. His sister, Betty Crockett, his brother Johnny Cleveland, his sister, Esther Estes; and his best friend Ashley Everett. He was predeceased by his first wife Irene; his parents;
his sister, Ruth Moody, his brother James Cleveland, his sister Helen Morse and his sister Jolene Cleveland.
Family and friends may attend graveside services Monday May 5th at 1:00pm at Riverside Annex Cemetery, South Paris. Arrangements are under the care of Oxford Hills Funeral Service, 1037 Main Street, Oxford.
