Craig R Pringle, of Waterbury, CT, died on Friday, April 18, 2014 in Waterbury Hospital surrounded by his family. He was married to his loving wife, Anne (Gaglione) Pringle for 30 years.
Craig was born in 1945 in New Haven, CT to Ross Arthur Pringle and Audrey Kaye (Eno) Pringle. Craig was an Air Force veteran having served in Okinawa, Japan as an air traffic controller during the Vietnam War and honorably discharged in Oct 1969. He moved to the Waterbury area in 1975 and remained since. He worked in the brass & metals industry his entire career until his retirement. Over the years, Craig enjoyed many activities such as fly-fishing, golf, and most recently he was an avid Harley Davidson motorcycle rider. He cherished the regular Sunday family dinners and having his family around him.
Craig is survived by his wife, Anne Gaglione Pringle, son, Jesse and wife Christine, daughter, Rachel, son, Matthew and fiancée, Emily, grandchildren, Spenser, Connor, Justino, & Natalie, brother-in-law, Jack Sirowich, and mother-in-law, Marie Marangio. Craig is predeceased by his sister, Wendy E (Pringle) Sirowich.
A visitation will be held at Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury, CT on Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 5pm to 8pm. Per Craig’s wishes, he will be cremated and the ashes scattered by his immediate family.
