Millard ( Harp ) Hagstrom age 84 of Morley passed away March 30 at his residence.  He was born July 5, 1929 in Grand Rapids the son of Millard and Eliza ( Jousma ) Hagstrom.  During his working years he worked for Bradford White and the in 1973 to 1996 he owned at operated The Colony Bar in Howard City.  During the Korean conflict he served his country in the US Army and was a POW. He also earned two purple hearts and a bronze star.  Harp was instrumental in starting the rocket football program in Howard City.  In 2002 he married Susan Schutter who survives. Also surviving are his children

Many grandchildren and a great granddaughter Page
One brother Don Harper of Alaska MI
One sister Clara Bell of Okemos
And Many nieces and nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents , wife Harriet, Three sons Ken, Randy and Jamie and a sister Rosland. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the Heckman Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Klause officiating with burial in the Rest Lawn Cemetery in Grand Rapids. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6-8 pm and prior to services on Wednesday
