Brent R Larson

Brent R Larson. Son of Morris Larson and Elma Anderson Larson of Ephraim, passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 12, 2014 due to complications following surgery. Brent is survived by his 3 children, Angela Larson Johnson (Brian) Herriman, Devron Larson (Cherish) Fairview, Jamie Larson Eagle Mountain. As well as his brother David Larson (Pauline) Ephraim, and sister Marlene Stubbs (the late Ray Stubbs), South Jordan. 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends. He is proceeded in death by his parents, and beautiful wife Virginia (Jinny) Dahl Larson. Since her passing 5 years ago, it was Brent's greatest desire to be reunited with his sweetheart Jinny, and on that day she graciously came to escort him home to his Heavenly Home. Brent grew up and lived in Ephraim most of his life where he was known as an honest, hard worker and loyal friend. Most people know him for his sense of humor and teasing personality. It's been said that Brent never did meet a stranger. He was extremely generous and willing to help at all times. Brent and his brother Dave (and their wives) owned and operated a family ranch and the Cow Palace Lanes bowling alley for many years, where they made many lifelong friends. For the last 20 years Brent lived in Salt Lake County where he and Jinny ran a successful hay brokering company (Hiland Hay, Inc.). They love traveling the country in their truck and trailer buying and selling hay. Many of Brent's fondest memories included deer hunting with the "Larson Army", camping with his family, traveling with his brother, sister and in-laws and having coffee at the coffee shop. Brent loved fancy trucks and red was his favorite color. Brent is a member of the LDS Church and was a very spiritual person in his own way. His love and legacy to those who knew him will be remembered for generations.
