Tanisha Nicole Wesson

A special life came to an end Monday, March 10, 2014 in Mercy Hospital Hot Springs, Arkansas when God called our beloved Tanisha Nicole Wesson home.

Nicole was born November 2, 1981 in Hope, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Regina C. Wesson and the late Floyd Gentry. Nicole was born with special needs therefore she was unable to achieve many goals in life as some others achieved, but she was special in many other ways.

She loved to participate in numerous Special Olympics where she won many awards and medals. Tanisha loved doing household chores. She was a family person and loved family and friends. Her favorite past time was listening to music, she had a charming personality and loved animals, if you knew her you loved her.

She will be sadly missed by her mother: Regina C. Wesson of Washington, Arkansas; three brothers: Jason Stewart of Murfreesboro, Arkansas; Christopher Wesson of Murfreesboro, Arkansas; Rodney Gentry of Gurdon, Arkansas; and Four sisters: Tanya Mixon (Claudell) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Vanessa Wesson of Ashdown, Arkansas; Brittney Wesson of Ashdown, Arkansas and Megan Gentry of Nashville, Arkansas God-mothers Elizabeth Deloach of Hope, Arkansas and Kelly Bass of Fulton, Arkansas; a special aunt that was like her mother Sheila Wesson of Murfreesboro, Arkansas; and a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends

Funeral services will be held Saturday March 15, 2014 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Brandon’s Mortuary Inc. 2912 Highway 29 North Hope Arkansas, with Brother Anthony Lane, Pastor of Portland Street Church Of Christ Hot Springs, Arkansas, officiating. Visitation will be Friday, March 14 from 11:00 am until 6 PM in the Chapel of Brandon’s Mortuary Hope. Arkansas. The remains will be cremated at a later date.
