Dennis K. Kispert

Kispert, Dennis K. age 59 of St. Paul

A devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, died unexpectedly February 17, 2014 with his wife and children at his side. Dennis graduated from Highland Park High School in 1973. He graduated from the University of Minnesota and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. Those who have been lucky enough to spend time with Dennis know that he was an avid Gopher fan, a great friend and an amazing family man. His uncanny ability to fix anything from a hair dryer to a snow blower made him a favorite in his neighborhood, his family and of course, with his mother. Dennis was the first person many people would go to for advice. Not only would he give great advice, but it would be advice that he himself would take and chances are he would give you a good laugh in the process. Preceded in death by his father, Merland Kispert and his brother, David Kispert. He leaves behind his wife of almost 32 years, Denise; daughter, Caitlin; son, Patrick; his mother, Marilyn Kispert; sister, Christine Reardon (Terry); brother in law, Michael Vierling; sisters in law, Maureen Kispert, Sue Stachowski (Thomas), and Kristin Kahnke (Brian); and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Mike Hoffman whose amazing generosity gave Dennis two more healthy years and gave us two more years of amazing memories. We have planned a visitation and short service at the ROSEVILLE MEMORIAL CHAPEL 2245 North Hamline Ave. (1Blk..So.Hwy.#36 Roseville, MN 55113 651/631-2727) on Thursday February 20th. Visitation from 5pm-7pm with prayer service at 7pm. Please bring a picture of Dennis or write down a small memory to put on a memory board. Memorials preferred to the American Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Society.
