Armando P. Aquitania

Armando "Mandy" P. Aquitania died surrounded by his loving family at his home in Levittown, on Monday, November 4, 2013. He was 72.

Born in Manila, Philippines, Mandy came to the US in the early 1970's and has been a resident of Levittown for the past 36 years. He was a member of Immaculate Conception, Parish.

He was a graduate of Feati University, Manila, Philippines where he achieved his Business/Finance Degree.

Mandy was a proof reader at Princeton University Press for 15 years, then worked as a Pharmacutical Techinican at JCPenney/Thrift Drug Company for 8 years, until his retirement in 2003.

Mandy will always be remembered for his crazy jokes and making others laugh.

His greatest love and enjoyment was being Lolo to his 3 grandchildren.

He loved gardening, cooking and music as well as his 2 dogs, Pogi and Buster.

Beloved husband of 38 years to Irene (Fontanilla), Mandy was the loving father of Ryan (Tara Morales), Grace Pagliaccetti (Frank III) and Lani (Tyrone Milburn); devoted Lolo of Alexander and Rylee Aquitania and Francis Pagliaccetti IV; and brother of Mely Santiago and Fely Aquitania and the late Dolores "Loleng" Aquitania Lozano and Estelita "Tita" Cruz. He will also be sadly missed by his dear, close friends, whom he considered his family.
