James “Jim” Angelo Anselmi, 66, of Rock Springs, Wyoming passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013 at the Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County. A native of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Mr. Anselmi died following a sudden illness.
He was born on April 22, 1947 in Rock Springs, Wyoming, the son of Angelo and Irma Anselmi.
Mr. Anselmi attended schools in Rock Springs, Wyoming and graduated from the Rock Springs High School with the Class of 1965.
He married Jeanmaire Costantino in Lake Tahoe, California on July 10, 1990.
Mr. Anselmi was a United States Air Force Veteran.
He was employed as a realtor for over forty-years and received the Emeritus Statis Award this year. Currently, he was employed at Brokerage Southwest and also taught many realtor classes.
Mr. Anselmi was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Community, Quarter Back Club, Wyoming Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and CCIM.
His interests included spending time with his family, hunting, traveling to their home in Mesquite, Nevada and he enjoyed gambling and taking rides in the country.
Survivors include his wife Jeanmaire Anselmi of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his mother Irma Anselmi of Rock Springs, Wyoming; two daughters Angie Donelan and husband John of Casper, Wyoming and Tina Moulaye and husband Youba of Doha Qatar; two sisters Judy Sutton and husband Sidney of Arvada, Colorado and Nancy Andersen and husband George of Rock Springs, Wyoming; five grandchildren Luke McConville, Beau Donelan, Ruby Donelan all of Casper, Wyoming Souleyman Moulaye and Maeel Moulaye both of Doha, Qatar; his dog Bridger; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Angelo Anselmi.
Following cremation, A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at the Saints Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, 633 Bridger Avenue, Rock Springs, Wyoming. A vigil service with rosary will be recited at 6:00 P.M. Tuesday at the church. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to services and one hour prior to the rosary.
