For 17 years, she worked at South Bay School as the head cook, and was very involved with the students and faculty. Eileen was loved by everyone and never let a child go hungry. In addition, she enjoyed running the family ranch with her husband. Eileen was an extremely devoted wife, daughter, mother, grandma, sister, auntie and friend; she loved her family more than anything else in the world and was the center of every family gathering. She cherished her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them; she never missed a single sporting or school event. She was a woman who would open up her heart and treat you as if you were one of her own without a second thought; often giving far more than one could ever hope to receive just because she cared. "Auntie I" will never be forgotten and will be missed more than words can express.
