Kenneth “Ken” W. Eubank, 79, of Boynton Beach, FL, passed away Sunday at Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, TN. Kenneth was born in Santa Anna, TX on November 21, 1933, son of the late Elmo and Mabel Barton Eubank. He retired from IBM in 1988, following 33 years of service as a manufacturing engineer manager. Kenneth is a Veteran of the US Navy having served in the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, of 18 years, Peg Heffernan-Eubank; daughters, Sonja Anderson of Lakeview, SC and Anita (Al) Gojuangco of Margate, FL; sons, Timothy (Patti) Eubank of Boca Raton, FL and Mitchel (Nina) Eubank of Greenacres, FL; step-son Gerald (Carol) Zimmerman of Denver, NC; sister, Betty Jeanette (Ray) Moore of Fort Worth, FL; brother, Elmo (Minnie) Eubank of Plano, TX, and all his grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Kenneth is predeceased in death by his parents and his brother, Edwin Thomas Eubank. A memorial service will take place at Lorne and Sons Funeral Home (745 N.E. 6th Ave. Delray Beach, FL) on Monday, August 5, 2013 at 10:00AM with a burial service to follow at the South Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association and National Parkinson Foundation.
