Dean R. Mook, 52 of Paxton passed away 12:10 a.m. Friday, May 17, 2013, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.
A memorial service will be held from 3-6 p.m. Saturday, May 25, 2013, at the Bourbonnais Municipal Center, 700 Main NW, Bourbonnais.
Baier Family Funeral Services, Paxton is handling the arrangements.
Dean was born September 2, 1960, at Kankakee the son of Raymond C. and Jacqueline A. Boudreau Mook. He graduated from Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School in 1980.
Survivors include his parents of Loda; two sisters, Julie (Christine Tighe) Moran of Kankakee; Angela (John) Webb of Bourbonnais; a foster brother, Ronald Niles of Momence; five nieces, Jennifer (Mike) Blair, Mia (Matt) McCue, Janelle, Lucy and Faye; one great nephew, Dillon Michael Blair and numerous aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and one brother, Bernard Joseph Mook.
Dean was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Paxton. He enjoyed music and computers and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.
