GRANVILLE --- Trisha Jean “Babes” (Jarvis) Smith, passed away April 19, 2013 unexpectedly at her home. Born June 21, 1979, in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of Jeffrey and Rhonda (Richardson) Washburn. She was a loving mother and family member with a big heart for people and animals, especially dolphins. She is so loved by many and will be missed greatly. Trisha was predeceased by her grandparents, John and Janice Richardson, Doris Jarvis and John Clear, her mother-in-law, Christine Smith and her three little angels, Jenna Lyn Jarvis, Alexis Renee Palmer, and Jessie James Smith. Her greatest joy was her three beautiful children, Katelyn Marie, Tanner John, and Michael Joseph. Along with her children, she is survived by her husband, Michael Smith; her parents, Jeffrey and Rhonda Washburn; her father-in-law, Frank Smith Sr.; siblings, Brenda Ward and family, Jeffrey Washburn Jr. and his wife, Suzanne, Jennifer Burnham and her husband, Scott, and Alesha Jarvis and family; brother-in-law, Frank Smith Jr. and his wife, Sheena; her grandmother, Norma Clear; and as close as you can get to siblings, Billy Palmer and Barbie Reynolds, and her lifelong best friend, Tanya Pratt Dubois. Trisha also had many nieces and nephews whom she loved as her own, Joshua Ward and his wife, Jessica, Tiffanie Ward and Jason, Amanda Washburn, Jeffrey M. Washburn, Jacob Whiting, Janice Whiting, and Alannah Gould. She also loved all of her aunts, uncles, and cousins. Friends may call upon the family Wednesday, April 24, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Maynard D. Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Wade Petteys, pastor of Gateway Pentecostal Church, Corinth. Donations may be made, in loving memory of Trisha, to her three children, 1110 County Rte. 17, Ft. Ann, NY 12827. Condolences may be mailed to Maynard D.
